My name is Julie Foster. Welcome to my website. I am a Fitness Instructor and One to One Personal Trainer working in various gyms and health clubs in Blackpool, Poulton, Thornton and throughout the Fylde area. I have many years experience in the health and fitness industry. I started my passion for fitness by going along to my local gym and working out and participating in different exercise classes. I trained whenever I got any spare time and also took up running.
I enjoyed it so much I knew I wanted a career in fitness and so took various comprehensive courses and decided to take things further and go out there and teach fitness to those who needed it.
I specialise in Pilates, Personal Training, Boxercise, Boxercise Personal Training, Cardio Kickbox, Aqua-fit, Hi / Lo Aerobics, Thighs Bums & Tums, Core Stability, Running, Resistance Training and Pre & Post Natal Aqua.
I teach various classes at gyms & health clubs in and around Blackpool, Thornton, Fleetwood, Poulton and the Fylde area. I can also visit your home within these areas (though a small travelling expense for my extra time would be payable).
My aim is to motivate you and help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle building, toning, increased fitness levels or water based therapy for bad backs, bones & joints.

I can create a monitored fitness programme, specific to your needs. I can also provide all the support you need to improve self confidence.
Well...you've come this far in finding fitness so give me a call and we can either have a telephone consultation, complete this form or I can call for a one to one half hour visit (small charge depending on mile radius). I will work around your needs to revise an exercise programme that I think will work for you.

GUIDELINES TO EXERCISE
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing (no jeans) Trainers must be worn
(exceptions for mind & body exercises)
- Warm up & cool down at each
exercise session
- Take a water bottle, drink plenty of fluids, maintain
hydration
- Jewellery – no big ear rings or dangly chains
- Don’t
try to exercise if feeling unwell (I don’t mean hangovers)! I mean the
flu, colds or any other type of illness. Give your body a rest & time to
recover properly before going back into any fitness regimes.
- If you
miss two weeks of training by means of holiday, sickness or injury you
can lose up to 50% of your fitness levels. Therefore when you come back to
it, I strongly advise you to start out again slowly and build it up again
to the progression you were at before. If I am Personal Training you I
will carry out a Fit Test to test your fitness level or if you are
returning to a class I will monitor you by means of visual & verbal
screening.
