My name is Julie Foster.
Welcome to my website.
I am a Fitness Instructor and One to One Personal Trainer working in various gyms and health clubs in Blackpool, Poulton, Thornton and throughout the Fylde area. I have many years experience in the health and fitness industry. I started my passion for fitness by going along to my local gym and working out and participating in different exercise classes. I trained whenever I got any spare time and also took up running.
I enjoyed it so much I knew I wanted a career in fitness and so took various comprehensive courses and decided to take things further and go out there and teach fitness to those who needed it.
I specialise in Zumba, Pilates, Personal Training, Boxercise, Boxercise Personal Training, Cardio Kickbox, Aqua-fit, Hi / Lo Aerobics, Thighs Bums & Tums, Core Stability, Running, Resistance Training and Pre & Post Natal Aqua.
I teach various classes at gyms & health clubs in and around Blackpool, Thornton, Fleetwood, Poulton and the Fylde area. I can also visit your home within these areas (though a small travelling expense for my extra time would be payable).
My aim is to motivate you and help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle building, toning, increased fitness levels or water based therapy for bad backs, bones & joints.
I can create a monitored fitness programme, specific to your needs. I can also provide all the support you need to improve self confidence.Well…you’ve come this far in finding fitness so give me a call and we can either have a telephone consultation, complete this form or I can call for a one to one half hour visit (small charge depending on mile radius). I will work around your needs to revise an exercise programme that I think will work for you. All ages, gender and abilities welcome.
