Cardio Kickbox

Cardio Kickbox class with Julie FosterNot for the light hearted! Total body workout that has been designed to develop speed, flexibility, endurance, balance, focus & awareness. An aerobic workout with kicks and punches with the use of dumbbells and resistance tubes.

We can include this as part of ourĀ one to one session or come and join one of my classes.
