Pilates

Pilates class with Julie Foster Lengthens, defines and sculpts the body. It is proven to enhance a better posture, create flatter abs, increase flexibility, improve balance and make everyday activities much easier.

In my workouts I include standing pilates, seated pilates, lying pilates and pilates with the band. Pilates is ideal for all ages and gender, from beginners to advanced.
